Mexican-born Australian mixed media artist, Aldous Plascencia will decorate the hotel lobby walls with his vibrant artwork, while Midnight Bar will offer an exclusive Mexican-inspired menu that will transport your taste buds south of the border.

In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, Midnight Bar will be hosting a month-long Mexican Fiesta celebration. You can expect a mouth-watering Mexican-inspired food and cocktail selection, along with the opportunity to sip on custom-crafted cocktails from our build-your-own margarita menu. Meet the Maker Opening Day

We’re proud to introduce Midnight Hotel’s inaugural Meet the Maker Series that showcases the artwork, craftsmanship, and culinary delights of Australian Artisans.
You’re invited to join us at Midnight Hotel for an exclusive unveiling of Aldous Plascencia's exclusive artworks on Saturday, 4 May at 5pm. The evening will provide a guided tour led by the artist himself, as he shares insights into the inspiration and creative process behind each piece.
